- "This is the first of four of the toughest opening holes in golf. "This is a good
opening par 4. It is a downhill, slight dogleg to the left. A long iron off the tee is the shot
because there's a lateral hazard right and OB left . A well-placed long iron off the tee
leaves a mid-iron shot to the large green. When the pin is placed in the back right potion
of the green, a par is a good score. It's a very challenging opening hole."
